At Pamela Scott, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition to qualify for a processing approval.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred refund method.

  Package the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are securely attached to avoid any delays in processing.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
